By downloading or using the Hermoji app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Hermoji app—including but not limited to artwork, text, graphics, images, stickers, branding elements, trademarks, user interface components, and designs—is the property of Hermoji Ltd. and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

• Use or reproduce any Hermoji branding, logos, icons, UI elements, or designs without explicit written permission.

• Archive, distribute, resell, sublicense, lease, broadcast, or make derivative works from any Hermoji content.

• Use Hermoji content in any commercial way without written authorization.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the app and display Hermoji content for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. App Usage and Responsibilities

To ensure optimal performance and data security:

• Do not jailbreak or root your device. This can compromise security, and the app may not function properly as a result.

• Keep your device and login credentials secure. Hermoji is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

Some features of the app require an active internet connection. Whether over Wi-Fi or a mobile network, Hermoji is not responsible for reduced functionality due to connectivity issues.

If you use the app outside your home region or country, you are solely responsible for any associated data or roaming charges. We assume you have permission from the bill payer to use the app on your device.

3. Service Changes and Updates

We are constantly improving Hermoji and may update or modify the app at any time. While we aim to keep the app current, we cannot guarantee it will always be compatible with your device or operating system.

You agree to:

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you must delete the app from your device.

• Errors, interruptions, or omissions caused by third-party data sources.

• Any direct or indirect losses resulting from use or reliance on the app.

• Your device running out of battery or becoming inoperable during use.
